Renovation and internal enlargement of a Brighton guest house.
The extensive renovation and enlargement to this regency-style guesthouse in the Brighton conservation area added value with extra space and sensitive design. Internal remodelling provided en-suite bathrooms to all bedrooms and the roof space was converted to provide extra guest accommodation.
The additional space and higher specification has enabled the guest house to become more popular and profitable. The luxury ‘boutique’ guesthouse has recently been awarded the Enjoy England Silver Award and Certificate of Excellence.
