korudesign will administer the building contract between you and the builder during the building works. We ensure that the builder is paid at appropriate intervals and that retention monies are held back until satisfactory completion of the works. We will periodically visit the site to inspect the progress and quality of the work to ensure that it is in accordance with the drawings and specifications and will visit site if problems are encountered that require our help. As a project reaches practical completion we carry out careful snagging inspections to ensure that no item is left unattended and that the project is finished to the highest of standards.
