Our initial design service begins by meeting with you to establish the project requirements and to understand how the proposed spaces will be used. We then carry out a measured survey of the site for new-build proposals and survey all existing buildings for extension or refurbishment schemes, from which existing building plans can be drawn.
If you are unsure about the viability of your proposed project we will undertake a feasibility study that will outline the available options, comment on the construction approach and cost implications, and will advise on the need for statutory approvals.
