Our design solutions will give consideration to building orientation and aim to maximise solar gain. We focus on energy conservation and efficiency to reduce energy consumption and give careful consideration to renewable energy generation systems such as solar hot water, photovoltaics and biomass boilers.
When specifying for projects we give priority to products and materials that are low in embodied energy, from sustainably managed or recycled sources, that are non-toxic and sourced locally where possible. Where demolition is involved we aim to ensure that materials are reused if practical or are separated and recycled.
