Your preferred sketch plan design is then developed into an approved scheme design. The elevational appearance is considered and CAD drawings are prepared to illustrate the proposed plans, sections and elevations. If the project requires planning permission we then prepare and submit drawings and applications for approval. We also include coloured illustrations and 3D computer perspective views if we feel it will promote a positive planning outcome. If the design proposals involve alterations to a listed building we will additionally prepare drawings and applications for listed building consent.
