When planning and building regulation approvals have been obtained we then develop the design to a level of detail sufficient for a contractor to build from.
Production drawings are prepared that will focus in on the detailed assembly of materials and the dimensional relationship between them. Specifications and schedules are produced describing all the materials to be used in the construction and the level of performance expected from each component. We will then invite tenders from an approved list of contractors, appraise their submissions and advise you accordingly.
