Once a brief has been established and the site has been surveyed, we can begin the most important part of the process and assimilate the project requirements with our thoughts, ideas and knowledge to produce appropriate sketch design proposals. We then present the client with a set of sketch plans that clearly illustrate our design solutions and will often give more than one option if there are viable alternatives. To assist with the visualisation process we will prepare 3D computer sketch views to show the appearance of the design from a particular position and we can additionally produce an animated fly-through.
